Discounts for new customers who have never purchased at Pepe Rios will start to apply as soon as the amount (excluding VAT) of their first invoice exceeds the purchase amount in euros of any discount scale of our program.
The discounts that apply to regular customers at the beginning of a new year are calculated taking into account the volume of purchases (without VAT) of the previous year. This discount will remain on purchases throughout the current year.

Yes, during the course of a year, the regular customer has not made purchases to reach the minimum to obtain a discount. The next year will start canceling the discounts obtained in previous years.
Annually, as of January 1, discounts will be revised based on the previous year's billing.
